ASSENYA operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and related services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). ASSENYA is powered by Shopify technology, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. ASSENYA reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your order will not be accepted until ASSENYA confirms that it accepts it. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please review your orders carefully before making a purchase, as ASSENYA may not be able to process a cancellation request after an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you via the email address, billing address or phone number you provided at the time of the order.

You may return or make changes to your purchase only in accordance with our refund policy /policies/refund-policy.

You declare and warrant that your purchase is for your personal or domestic use and not for resale or commercial export.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be indicated in the order confirmation sent to you by email. Published prices include VAT applicable under the legislation in force in each country. For orders outside the European Union, prices do not include import taxes or local duties, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We may, from time to time, offer promotions on the Services that may affect pricing strategies and that are governed by terms and conditions that differ from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will prevail.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our stores. You declare and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is truthful, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use said credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your credit card company and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred at the published prices, including any shipping and handling fees and all applicable taxes, if any.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are as follows: Spain and the European Union, 5–8 business days.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

Once we hand the products over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss is transferred to the buyer.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, texts, samples, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are the property of ASSENYA, its affiliate or licensor and are protected by US and foreign patents, copyrights and other intellectual property laws.

ASSENYA operates with Shopify technology, which allows us to offer you the Services. However, any sale or purchase you make in our store is made directly with ASSENYA. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and ASSENYA, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claim, damage and liability arising from or related to your purchase and transaction with ASSENYA.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim promptly, provided that failure to notify you promptly will not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice. We may control the defense and resolution of such claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but we will not settle any claim that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
