At ASSENYA Studio we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, here is how to proceed.

Return period You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return, in accordance with Spanish and European consumer protection legislation.

Conditions For the return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. Returns of personalized products, hygiene items or products damaged through misuse are not accepted.

How to request a return Send an email to assenya.studio@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions.

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect, in which case ASSENYA Studio will cover the costs.

Refunds Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 7-14 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective or incorrect products If you receive a defective or different product from what you ordered, contact us at assenya.studio@gmail.com with photos of the product within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size exchanges Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact us before returning the product to confirm availability.
