How do I know which size to choose? Check our size guide, available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser, urban fit.

Are the garments oversized? Yes, most of our garments have an oversized fit. You can check the description of each product for more details.

MATERIALS AND CARE

What are the garments made of? We use heavyweight cotton to ensure durability and a premium drape.

How should I wash my garments? Wash inside out at 30°C, avoid high-speed spin cycles, and do not tumble dry to preserve the print and shape.

ORDERS AND TRACKING

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check it from your account in our store.

How long does it take to process my order? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

PRODUCTS

Will sold-out products be restocked? ASSENYA works with limited drops. Some products are not restocked, so we recommend not waiting if you like something.
